Dr. Brown is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been practicing in the Commonwealth of Virginia for over twenty years. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. Dr. Brown earned a Bachelor’s of Sociology and Masters in Urban Administration from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, VA. She began her professional career working with children, adolescents, homeless pregnant women, and families.

Dr. Brown’s clinical focus is providing psychotherapy to 14-year-old+ adolescents and female adults up to the age of 64-years. Dr. Brown provides in person as well as telehealth when needed. She is PsyPact certified to provide telehealth across designated state lines. Dr. Brown offers an open and collaborative approach in order to assist those who are experiencing anxieties, depression, trauma, grief & loss, self-esteem issues, various life transitions, perinatal/postpartum mood disorders and menopause. Dr. Brown is trained in a variety of treatment modalities and collaborates with each individual in order to provide them with the appropriate mental health treatment.
