Spravato® is a prescription medication that contains esketamine, a form of ketamine that acts quickly on the brain to help relieve symptoms of depression.

Spravato® has been shown to provide significant relief from depressive symptoms in individuals who have not found success with other treatments.

We have a dedicated team that manages the prior authorizations for Spravato®, ensuring that you can focus on your treatments and healing process without any added stress. We are committed to supporting you in your time of need and communicate with you throughout the entire process, ensuring you are informed every step of the way.

For your first month, you will come to the clinic for treatments twice a week. The second month, treatment frequency decreases to once a week. From month three onward, you and your provider will work together to determine the appropriate frequency for your Spravato® treatments.

Prior to your first treatment, your Spravato® Coordinator will email you with instructions on how to prepare for your first treatment.

Tips for your first session include: avoid food 2 hours prior to treatment and liquids 30 minutes prior to treatment, bring a comfort item such as a blanket or pillow, avoid using nasal steroids on the day of your treatment, avoid stress/anxiety inducing situations prior to your treatment.
