Randy A. Rhoad, Psy.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist has been practicing in the Chesapeake, Virginia area for over 35 years.  He achieved a Master of Arts Degree in School Psychology from Western Kentucky University in 1986, and practiced as a School Psychologist from 1987-1992, providing psychological–educational evaluations and consultative services in the Norfolk and Chesapeake Public Schools. After obtaining licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 1991, Dr. Rhoad performed counseling/psychotherapeutic services at the Pines Residential Treatment Center in Portsmouth, Virginia from 1992-1994. After obtaining the Doctor of Clinical Psychology degree from Regent University in 1999 and subsequent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Virginia, Dr. Rhoad established Chesapeake Psychological Associates in 2001, where he continues to provide psychological/consultative services, and supervises psychological evaluations at Chesapeake Psychological Associates assessment/testing center.
