  • Frank Kara, a Board Certified Physician Assistant, specializes in the outpatient treatment of depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. He is a 2014 graduate from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA with a Master of Physician Assistant degree. He has previously earned a Master of Business Administration degree through the University of West Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts, Economics degree through the University of Colorado. He served more than 20 years in the US Navy as a Naval Flight Officer and retired from active service as a Commander.
